Normally it can cost anywhere between £5000-£8000 to set up your first Rent to Rent HMO, but once you’re making that monthly profit you will very quickly have this back.
How long does it normally take until you get your first property?
It can vary from person to person depending on the amount of time you put in and the action you take, but I have had people who collected their first set of keys after 6 weeks and others its taken 6 months.
Is Rent to Rent HMO legal?
Yes, Rent to Rent is legal when it is done with the full acknowledgement of the owner and with the correct contracts in place. We provide a full compliance section on the course to ensure everything is above board.
